We want you to not only be happy with your experience at Q2, we also want you at ease that if your experience is ever unsatisfactory, you'll be comfortable knowing we have a simple money-back policy.

So, what does that mean? It means that upon cancelling your plan, if you're paying for your hosting service on anything more than a monthly basis, you'll recieve the pro-rated remainder of your last payment, no questions asked... except maybe, "How can we do better?".

We hope you'll agree that this is not only a reasonable promise, but also a fair one.

So you can rest assured that if you decide to pay on an annual basis, it doesn't mean you're tied to an annual contract like with many other hosting providers. The only caveat we make is that if a plan is cancelled prior to 12 months, the domain registration becomes billable to the client. This, of course, does not include plan upgrades, which are not considered cancellations.
